A1 Performance Auto Repair European Specialists is our 2nd location. Our very busy 1st location works on all types of cars and trucks and is located in Sunnyvale, CA. We opened the 2nd location in San Jose to specialize in European cars only.
We handle all the maintenance and repairs that your VW needs. When you’re having one of those mysterious mechanical issues, we can diagnose and repair your car quickly. We believe in making a proper diagnosis first so that we can ensure we’re fixing the actual problem. We never want our customers to have to make a trip back to us to fix the same problem.
But we don’t do warranty work or recalls. Those are done by the Volkswagen dealer. If you’re unsure if your car is under warranty, you’ll need to look it up in your car’s manual. If you’ve lost the manual, then you can order one on the VW website or by calling 1-800-544-8021. You don’t have to have the work done at the dealer where you purchased the car, but you do need to go to a VW dealer.
If you have a salvage title on your Volkswagen or Porsche, we can do the repairs. Your warranty is no longer valid when your car is officially marked salvage. So, you will need to pay for any work done on your car at that point.
