Called in Saturday morning for 95k service and they did it quickly. No appointments necessary. Staff was very friendly and helpful and even informed me about incorporating their oil change special into my service. Lots of parking. Easy to find. I have used A1 service for several years starting at the Sunnyvale location. Cliff and Minh have always provided the best care for my Mercedez whether it be an oil change or periodic maintenance. Cliff will not stop short of ensuring customer satisfaction with his work. Cliff specialized in performance European cars and works with integrity, friendliness, and honesty. His shop is clean and professional. When I was unhappy with my brake replacement due to black powder splattering on my white car, Cliff replaced it with white powder brake at no cost after 3 months.
