A Pair of Displays
Some will recognize the 7-series dash because it resembles its older sibling, iX SUV. A large digital gauge display shares the same glass panel with the infotainment system to make it seem like a single clean unit. The twin displays are responsive and boast a crisp resolution.
The iDrive 8.5 infotainment interface is standard and has the over-the-air updates capability to install new features as they become available. This ensures you enjoy the latest and most innovative features from BMW.
A Theater Screen
Step inside the rear of the new 7, and an optional 31.3-inch entertainment display meets you. This screen motors down from the ceiling and connects to an onboard 5G cellular data connection to provide Netflix and Hulu streaming services to passengers enjoying a cornucopia of luxuries.
This Theater Screen, as BMW fondly calls it, is optional. Your rear passengers only need to sit back and enjoy the panoramic view experience as the 7-series cruises down the highway. The new 7 also adds an open sky feeling with a larger Panoramic Sky Lounge LED Roof with various color illuminations. The 7 Series cabin, therefore, becomes a favorite and comfortable escape from the stresses of life.
A Touch of Class
The new BMW 7 Series adds glass controls for visual and tactile luxury.
With the BMW 760i xDrive Sedan, you can choose The Rear Executive Lounge Seating. Selecting this package adds an executive lounge center console, a reclining seat, and not forgetting the 31″ BMW Theater Screen.
This deluxe interior is the most fitting rival for what Mercedes-Benz S-class offers.
